This site is operated by DIAL 50 LLC ("DIAL 50", "we", "us"). By browsing it or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

By placing an order you confirm that the details you give us are accurate, that the payment method is yours to use, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Everything on this site — the DIAL 50 name and logo, the product photography, the text and the design — belongs to us or to the people we licensed it from. You're welcome to read it, share links to it and quote it fairly. You may not copy it wholesale, sell it, or use our brand on your own products or packaging.

We may change, pause or retire parts of the site at any time. We do our best to keep every page accurate, but typos happen — see the orders section for what we do when a price is wrong.

DIAL 50 is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here is a substitute for talking to a doctor or pharmacist about your own situation.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Contains caffeine (100 mg per pouch). Not recommended for children, or for those pregnant, nursing or sensitive to caffeine. Consult a doctor if you have a medical condition or take medication. Do not swallow pouch. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Read the can's label before you use the product, and follow it. If you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or you're sensitive to caffeine, talk to a doctor first. Stop using it and get medical advice if you don't feel right.

Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we confirm it and take payment, and Square emails your receipt. Until then, we can decline or cancel an order — for example if an item sells out, if we can't verify the payment, or if it looks like a reseller or fraud. If we cancel after taking payment, you get a full refund.

If a price or product detail is obviously wrong — a decimal point in the wrong place, say — we'll contact you before shipping and let you confirm the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. We don't have to honour an obvious error.

Payments are taken on Square's hosted checkout pages, and Square's own terms apply to that part of the transaction. We accept Cash App Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB. Your card details go to Square, not to us — we never see or store your full card number.

The Five-Pack is a monthly subscription: five cans delivered every month for $25.99 per month, with free shipping. It's the only way to buy the Five-Pack.

Customer accounts are on the way, and self-service subscription management will live there. Until then, email is the way to change anything, and we'll confirm in writing once it's done.

Please double-check your address at checkout — we can't redirect a package once it's gone. If your order hasn't turned up, or it arrives damaged or incomplete, email dial50team@gmail.com with your order details and we'll sort it out. Shipping questions in the FAQ

Unopened cans can be returned within 14 days for a refund. For safety and hygiene reasons, we can't take back a can once it's been opened. Email dial50team@gmail.com to start a return and we'll tell you where to send it.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Square, once we've received the return. Original shipping was free, so there's nothing to refund there; return postage is on you unless the problem was ours.

If something arrived damaged, or an item is missing, tell us within a reasonable time and send a photo if you can. We'll replace it or refund it — you won't be sending anything back for that.

We build this site to be usable by everyone: keyboard navigation, visible focus, real text contrast, reduced-motion support and screen-reader labelling throughout. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA.

If something on this site gets in your way, email dial50team@gmail.com with the page and what happened. We'll fix it, and in the meantime we'll help you place your order another way.

The site and its content are provided "as is". We don't promise the site will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted, and we don't warrant that the information on it is complete or current, beyond what the law requires of us.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law, or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that can't legally be excluded.

To the extent the law allows, DIAL 50 LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products — lost profits or lost data, for example. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to what you paid for that order.

You agree to cover us for claims and costs that come from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which DIAL 50 LLC is organised, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and by applicable US federal law.

If something goes wrong, email dial50team@gmail.com first — almost everything gets solved that way. If it doesn't, any dispute will be brought in the courts of that state, and you and we both agree to their jurisdiction.

We'll update these terms as the store changes — when customer accounts launch, for instance. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you which version you're reading. The terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to it.

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still stands. Not enforcing something straight away doesn't mean we've given it up.
